East Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board

The Board hears and decides requests for variances, special exceptions, appeals of zoning determinations, and other matters authorized by the Township Zoning Ordinance.
The ZHB provides a fair, impartial forum for residents and property owners to present evidence, testimony, and plans related to zoning matters. All hearings are open to the public.
Board Membership
The Zoning Hearing Board reorganizes annually to appoint a Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. Appointments for 2026 will occur at the September 17, 2026 meeting.
