East Hopewell Township posts all active bid opportunities on this page in accordance with Pennsylvania municipal bidding requirements. Contractors, vendors, and suppliers are encouraged to review the available projects and submit proposals by the deadlines listed below.

Current Bid Opportunities
The Township is currently accepting bids for the following 2026 projects:

2026–2027 Fuel & Road Oil Bids (Diesel Fuel, Propane, Road Oil)

Pleasant Valley Road – Tar & Chip Project

Church Road – Roadway Improvements (Overlay project)
Each bid includes detailed specifications, submission requirements, and instructions for contractors.
Bid Submission Deadline
All bids must be received at the Township Office no later than:

Bids will be publicly opened at 12:00 p.m. on June 2 by the Chairman and Secretary, and results will be presented at the June 3, 2026 Board of Supervisors meeting.
